1 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 butter stick salted, softened
41/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons Everyday Matcha
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Blend the sugar into butter and gradually add the flour. Then add the matcha (Dough will be very thick.) Check to make sure it is the color you’d like, cookies will bake up slightly lighter green. Place dough on a floured surface, pat down and roll out ¼ to ½ inch thick. Cut into shamrock shapes and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes. Check color, cookies should be pale on the top and golden brown on the bottom. Remove from the oven and cool on wire racks.
