Golden Turmeric Chai Latte Recipe
Our Golden Turmeric Chai Latte is perfect for the season in so many ways… it’s warming, restorative and traditional. This spicy, golden chai latte is sure to renew and revive.
Therapeutic turmeric, warming cinnamon, flavorful nutmeg and spicy cardamom all meld to create this intriguing brew. Turmeric root, which is traditionally used in Ayurveda natural medicine practices, is abundant in health-promoting qualities. Tea, an ancient self-care ritual, has provided comfort and health benefits across the globe for thousands of years.
Try our Golden Turmeric Chai Latte. This latte’s gilded color comes from the curcumin found in turmeric. Curcumin has significant anti-inflammatory properties, and powerful antioxidants are a plus. Turmeric is one of the most anti-inflammatory spices you could add to your diet, and inflammation seems to be the cause of many diseases.
