Bright, Juicy Nectar with Peach Vineyard Black Tea
Our Peach Vineyard black tea is a surprise — full of juicy, bold flavors. This fruit-forward flavored black tea is reminiscent of a sweet, red wine. It’s deep, luscious flavor is a little heady with a touch of grape-y black currant. It’s aroma may remind you of harvest season at your favorite vineyard. The black tea provides earthy undertones and lends a solid base, with a thick mouthfeel. The peach bits and strawberry pieces brighten the flavor and rounds it out with a sweet, soft spice. Visually, the bright fruit bits contrast nicely with the black tea black tea leaves and is highlighted by the pretty safflower buds.
There are many similarities in growing and enjoying both tea and wine. Growing wine grapes and tea is all about the terrain, soil, climate and altitude. Each plant is selected for its own complexities, nuances and flavors, and then skillfully processed into a beloved beverage. Both tea and wine can be enjoyed alone as a delicious drink, or paired with food. Peach Vineyard is a versatile tea. This tea pairs characteristically well with wine, so we’ve created a delicious white wine sangria to share.
