DIY Green tea bath salts – easy gift ideas to share (or keep)
Looking for DIY gift ideas? These tea-centric bath salts make the perfect holiday hostess gift. DIY Green Tea bath salts are budget friendly and super simple to make.
Green tea’s antioxidants soothe the skin and are said to reduce inflammation and promote healing. And with a bit of aromatherapy, green tea bath salts are a comforting and relaxing addition to your down time.
These homemade tea bath salts are great for when you need a boost of energy or when you need to soak away sore muscles. Two of these bath salts call for essential oils; just make sure you find 100% pure oil. Peppermint essential oil is known for its properties that help relax sore muscles, and green tea is well known for its antioxidants.
