Peach Infusion Hibiscus Tea Popsicles
- 6 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 teaspoons Peach Infusion Hibiscus Fruit Tea
- 2 peaches
Combine water and sugar and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring to completely dissolve sugar. Add tea, remove from heat and steep for 30 minutes. Strain the tea and chill for 2 hours. Peel the peaches and take out the stones.
Pulse fruit in a blender until smooth. Add in tea and blend again. Pour into a popsicle mold and freeze until solid, typically 5 hours or overnight.
