Tipsy Teas
Let the party begin!
What’s better than a cup of tea? Perhaps a tea that is reminiscent of your favorite wine… These teas are celebratory and wine-inspired. They are also thirst-quenching and good for you.
Want to sip a tea that tastes like you just might be having a cocktail? Try these:
Raspberry Champagne White Tea
This blend of red raspberries and a hint of Champagne creates a refined sense of celebration in your cup. Appealing orange petals contrast the unfurling large, green leaf and produce a shimmering, golden infusion. The complexity of delicate white tea is highlighted by honeyed sparkling wine notes and a hint of jasmine. The infusion leaves the mouth with a smooth and lingering, light sweetness.
White Mimosa White Tea
Orange, clementine, mandarin… summery, tangy citrus lies at the core of White Mimosa. Peach, rose and pomegranate sweeten and round out the blend.
If you love the tangy taste of fruit juices (but don’t love the calorie count and want tea’s benefits instead), then this is the tea for you.

Peach Vineyard Black Tea
This blend is reminiscent of a bold, sweet red wine. A fruit-forward, luscious flavor offers hints of black currant and reminds one of harvest season on a vineyard. With a solid, full-flavored black tea as its base, our Peach Vineyard has a bouquet of berry, earthy undertones and a winey character.
And, if you are looking for a real cocktail, look no further.
Here is your signature cocktail for your next dinner party:
3 Tablespoons White Mimosa Tea
½ cup white rum
2 Tablespoons sugar
1½ cups orange juice
2 cups chilled sparkling white wine or Champagne
Brew 3 tablespoons tea leaves (double strength) in ½ cup hot water for two minutes. Add in ½ cup white rum and let steep 20 minutes before straining the tea out. Add 2 tablespoons granulated sugar to the infused rum and stir until sugar dissolves. Chill. Combine tea/rum mixture with 1½ cups orange juice and 2 cups chilled sparkling wine or champagne in a decanter. Serve in chilled flutes.
Cheers!
