Back to school and back to school routines are an important part of the change of seasons to Fall. The daylight-filled long summer days are becoming shorter and the wake-up times are earlier. We get back into the routine of getting our children off to school, going back to school ourselves, preparing for study times, and even working longer hours.
The array of tea types offers a slight variation in the amount of caffeine. Black, Oolong, Green, and White teas all carry caffeine and other nutrients. You can pick the level of caffeine that works best for you, your body, and your routines. The caffeine in tea varies with every cup. Many circumstances can affect the amount of caffeine in your cup such as the soil conditions, weather, time of year it is harvested, plus brewing methods including water temperature and amount of leaf.
