Enjoy the rich diversity in green teas. There is a tea to fit your every mood and palate. All green tea comes from the camellia sinensis plant, and the delightful differences are developed by where and how it’s grown and processed.
First notice the abundant aroma, then the vibrant color, and the full flavors… Green tea can help you kick off your day with a healthy start and feel more focused; plus it’s an antioxidant powerhouse!
Pure Green Teas
Pure unflavored green teas and complex and nuanced. They can be sweet and delicate or bold and vegetal. Chinese and Japanese green teas are different. In China the leaves are wok or pan-fired for a nutty, toasty profile. In Japan, teas are predominately steamed which creates a deep green color and grassy flavor.
If you go for classic Chinese green teas, try our dreamy Clouds and Mist Green Tea. Dark leaves emit sweet aromas of purple grapes and red plums. The strikingly smooth flavor contains no astringency whatsoever. Sweet, mellow notes transform into a soft, gauzy aftertaste.
