Honeybush is a unique plant grown in Southern Africa growing from the Southern to Eastern Cape, with some types growing in areas of the Cederberg Mountain tops. Although there are approximately 23 varieties of Honeybush, that grow, only two are used commercially. These types are Cyclopia Intermedia, which grows in the higher mountainous regions of the Eastern Cape; Cyclopia subternata is found in the Southern Cape lowlands.
