
Hibiscus Coconut Strawberry Iced Tea Recipe

Velvety-red hibiscus creates a bright red cup and delivers citrus and berry notes. It is delicious both hot and cold. The recipe below is something between a traditional iced tea and a tea latte or smoothie.

Hibiscus Pink Bliss Iced Tea Recipe
2 tablespoons Very Berry Hibiscus
2 cups water
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
8 ripe strawberries, sliced (reserve a few for garnish)
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup light coconut milk
Bring water to a boil, then pour over tea. Stir in honey until dissolved. Let steep for 15 minutes; add in strawberries at the 10-minute point. Strain, then add orange juice and coconut milk and stir to combine.
Fill glasses or a pitcher with ice, then the tea mixture. Add a garnish of sliced strawberries. Serve right away, and enjoy! Makes four servings.
